After a successful exit at 27, Steven launched HealthNow, a fintech platform designed to reimagine how health and wellbeing allowances are distributed. What began as a controllable payment card evolved into Extraordinary — a transformative platform now powering benefit distribution for over 150 enterprise clients across Aotearoa and Australia, including leading banks, insurers, and government agencies.

Steven has led the company through multiple investment rounds, attracting backing from globally respected angels and venture capital firms: Under his leadership, Extraordinary is not only unlocking more equitable access to essential services — it’s challenging the status quo of how value flows through the system.
